  • Own Engineering backlog and release schedule. Prioritize development goals into sprints, feature releases and roadmap
  • Re-invented the entire development release process, moving to a two sprint and release model. This strict release schedule allowed features to be delivered to customers faster and with less risk, resulting in a 15% revenue increase over just one year and a customer satisfaction bump of 10%
  • Provide feature development and Scrum leadership and training, including best practices for backlog grooming, code review, source control, quality review, release DB script process, unit testing and scalable pre-prod environment practices
